THEORY for the InPoDu© process:


The 4 steps of the InPoDu© process:

1) I ALLOW / MAY …    

2) I WANT / CAN …   

3) I DO …   

4) I AM …     

 …and everything that opposes that MAY BE THERE

Procedure:

a) Pronouncing the above sentence (loudly), then feel what can be perceived inside

b) name, feel and allow these feelings, pains, tensions

e.g. say out loud: „The pressure in my stomach may be there … and everything that opposes that may be there too“,

the tension in my shoulder may be there … and everything that opposes that may be there too“.

c) Repeat until nothing else appears inside. Then go to the next step.

PART 1:

1) I MAY be angry …    …and everything that opposes that MAY BE THERE

     I MAY be 100% angry …    …and everything that opposes that MAY BE THERE

2) I WANT TO / CAN be angry …    …and everything that opposes that MAY BE THERE

     I WANT TO / CAN be 100% angry …    …and everything that opposes that MAY BE THERE

3) I AM DOING all things with anger / angry now …    …and everything that opposes that MAY BE THERE

     I AM DOING all things with 100% anger / 100% angry now …    …and everything that opposes that MAY BE THERE

4) I AM angry now … (or) I AM the anger / rage…   …and everything that opposes that MAY BE THERE

     I AM 100% angry now … (or) I AM 100% the anger / rage…   …and everything that opposes that MAY BE THERE

 
PART 2:

1) I MAY be angry   

     I MAY be 100% angry   

2) I WANT TO / CAN be angry

     I WANT TO / CAN be 100% angry

3) I AM DOING all things with anger / angry now

     I AM DOING all things with 100% anger / 100% angry now

4) I AM angry now … (or) I AM the anger / rage     

     I AM 100% angry now … (or) I AM 100% the anger / rage
